These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Veyra (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Veyra helps creators and agencies track brand sponsorship deliverables, deadlines, and payments. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including anything extracted automatically from text you paste in.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the sponsorship data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." Automated data extraction is a convenience and may be inaccurate — always verify deal terms against the original correspondence. We are not liable for missed deadlines or payments resulting from reliance on the Service alone.
